The brand advocates for a healthy, positive sex life and firmly believes that everyone deserves to enjoy a fulfilling sexual experience regardless of age, gender, or sexual orientation. Tracy’s Dog’s products present a gentle appearance, yet passionately awaken the senses. Their user-friendly aesthetic and functional design have become defining highlights of the brand.

Tracy’s Dog has long been loved by users for its creative, practical, and human-centered products. Now, the brand is preparing to launch a new product line to expand its customer base. As a company that values brand culture and identity, Tracy’s Dog already had a comprehensive original visual system. However, the existing system lacked a set of icons that could effectively convey the functions and design features of the new product line. Tracy’s Dog approached Naturality, hoping we could create a series of icons tailored to the new line. The challenge was to design an icon series that is concise, aesthetic, yet accurately communicates the product’s functions and design traits while also fitting seamlessly within Tracy’s Dog’s established visual identity and maintaining a distinct sense of the new line’s identity.

We first conducted in-depth research on the new product line to understand its functions, features, and design philosophy. Given that this new line primarily serves female users, we also launched targeted user research to ensure the icons would effectively communicate both function and feeling to this audience. Following that, we built a brand-new icon set from scratch, grounded in Tracy’s Dog’s existing visual system. We began by applying soft color palettes and rounded lines to establish a tone that reflects the product’s gentle, skin-friendly, and sensorially welcoming qualities. Approaching the design from the user’s perspective, we focused on translating each product’s functionality and key features into perceived value. They together led us to create a series of original icons that stand apart from most offerings in the market, helping Tracy’s Dog win users’ trust through thoughtful, detail-oriented design.
