With expertise in innovative materials, the company launched Living Enrichment to connect directly with outdoor enthusiasts. The brand’s philosophy is simple: start with real-world challenges and solve them with innovation. This mindset gave rise to Freezill, its first breakthrough product, and set the stage for future outdoor solutions that are sustainable, forward-looking, and built for adventure.

Freezill is the brand’s first product and the world’s first soft cooler to feature PhaseTherma™, a proprietary, patented material used as its cooling liner. Previously, nearly all coolers on the market relied on varying grades of insulating foam, which offered very limited cooling duration. The launch of Freezill fundamentally addressed a major pain point for outdoor users. The brand turned to Naturality to lead the crowdfunding campaign for its debut product. As a revolutionary innovation, the key challenge was how to secure market share in the highly competitive outdoor category. At the same time, the brand needed to build awareness and cultivate a loyal user base.

We conducted an in-depth analysis of Freezill’s materials and insulation principles, working closely with the brand on multiple real-world tests and competitor comparisons to fully understand the product’s strengths. At the same time, we analyzed the competitive landscape to help Freezill identify a standout positioning in a crowded market: a soft cooler that offers up to 10 days of sustained cooling while remaining lightweight and portable. We designed a pre-launch page and continuously optimized it using advertising data, achieving an impressive average pre-launch CPL of $2.14. During the crowdfunding page design phase, we employed multiple storytelling approaches to highlight product benefits and key differentiators, refining the page further based on user feedback. Throughout the campaign, we observed that community and referral traffic outperformed expectations in conversion rates. By quickly adjusting our strategy to focus more on community promotion, we successfully unlocked additional conversion potential among Kickstarter outdoor enthusiasts.

In addition to designing the crowdfunding campaign, we also produced the product video and photography for Freezill. With a very limited budget, we faced the challenge of capturing both summer and winter scenarios in a single shoot. To overcome this, we applied AI virtual production techniques, allowing us to simulate diverse seasonal environments without the need for multiple location shoots. This innovative approach not only maximized efficiency but also showcased Freezill’s versatility across all outdoor conditions, significantly contributing to its marketing success.
