INNOVV is a leading provider of advanced outdoor in-vehicle camera solutions, specializing in dash cams, rearview cameras, and smart driving systems. Known for its innovative technology and high-quality products, INNOVV enhances vehicle safety and driving experiences with features such as high-definition recording, wide-angle lenses, and mobile app integration for real-time monitoring. Notably, INNOVV launched the world’s first single- and dual-channel motorcycle dash cams and the most advanced OEM blind spot detection radar system, setting the standard for motorcycle safety and innovation.

INNOVV approached us at a pivotal moment: while their products were globally recognized for technical excellence, their brand identity and online experience lagged behind. At the same time, they were preparing for a major strategic shift—from focusing solely on motorcycle accessories to entering the broader automotive market. This expansion required not only a more scalable brand system, but also the ability to connect with a wider audience, extending beyond their existing 35–60-year-old rider base to younger, tech-savvy customers. The key challenge was to build a refreshing & coherent brand visual system and a high-performing DTC website that not only supported the current business, but also laid the groundwork for future expansion.

We rebuilt INNOVV’s visual identity system while preserving its original logo. By introducing a future-oriented and highly recognizable color palette, a flexible and legible typographic system, and a modular visual architecture, we helped the brand communicate its core attributes—innovation, clarity, and safety—across every touchpoint. To strengthen consistency and visual cohesion, we also developed a set of cohesive graphic symbols and design elements, enhancing both brand recognition and memorability. The new system is highly scalable—designed to support INNOVV’s presence in the motorcycle sector while laying a solid, unified foundation for its future expansion into the automotive market. It fully reflects the brand’s core values: user-centricity and innovation-driven thinking.

Built on Shopify’s official Concept theme, we seamlessly applied INNOVV’s new brand guidelines to the entire site—enhancing visual consistency across color, typography, and content presentation. We also restructured the site’s UX architecture, ensuring each section is clearly defined with intuitive navigation, making it easier for users to find what they need and significantly improving conversion rates. While the flagship product K7 Dashcam page saw a strong increase in traffic, other product pages experienced even greater growth in both sessions and sales. To support long-term scalability, we built a modular system using custom components and a metafield-driven structure, reducing future maintenance efforts while improving content flow and consistency. The result is a digital flagship that reflects INNOVV’s technological leadership and delivers a more engaging, efficient, and future-ready shopping experience.
